When will my package arrive?

The maximum delivery time is usually 10 days (and it is often faster).

When your product is picked up by our delivery partner for your region, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

If your order has not been shipped out yet there is an easy fix for this problem!

I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Do I have to pay International Customs and VAT?
For International Shipping, customs has the right to impose a fee or value added tax (VAT). The fee varies by country and is added when you check out. unlike some other merchadise sites, we handle payment of these fees to eachcountry’s tax authorities so you do not have to worry about this!
